The hotel is quite nice, with clean and hygienic rooms and well-equipped facilities. The little robot that delivers takeout is really convenient - I personally love it. Checking in late at night, the front desk staff thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for me due to sleep issues, and even had the robot deliver complimentary milk and cookies. Excellent service attitude! When my clothes got dirty, the front desk lady proactively helped collect them for laundry service, and had the robot deliver them back neatly folded after washing/drying. Big thumbs up! The free parking next to the lobby is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again next time.
Flew to Shanghai specially to spend 520 with boyfriend - in one word: Great!! As someone who visits Shanghai monthly, I know hotels well. The robot service is super convenient for in-room takeout delivery without going downstairs. The biggest surprise was when the hotel specially arranged the robot to deliver chocolates and roses - so romantic! I can't praise it enough hahaha!

Will definitely choose this hotel first from now on. Perfect for family stays with kids - great environment with swimming pool and playground facilities. The lakeside lawn is perfect for tents. Their starlight suites are amazing - top choice for family trips!
The front desk service attitude is good, the room type has been upgraded, and there is also free coffee. The location is great. In the evening, I went to the self-service laundry on the second floor. The waiter not only helped dry the clothes, but also arranged for a robot to deliver them to the room, which completely exceeded my expectations. Surprise, surprise, surprise!!! Next to it is Poly Grand Theater, and across from it is Yuanxiang Lake. You can see the lake view from your room, and it is a pleasant green area.

Very clean rooms with fully automatic curtains. The robot is quite cute [smile]. Didn't feel like going out for dinner, ordered takeout delivered by robot - no need to go downstairs myself. Lazy person's dream hahaha! Breakfast was also good with nice variety and a separate quiet space - perfect for enjoying breakfast peacefully.

Quite nice with great lakeside views. Cleaning is well done. Ordered takeout and front desk had robot deliver it - so well-behaved hahaha! Breakfast is decent at 38 yuan per person. Convenient access to other Jiading locations. Front desk attitude is also good.
Front desk service was superb - even with late arrival we received very warm welcome. The shuttle bus to Pudong Airport is very convenient, great for catching flights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet tastes great. The hotel's delivery robot is quite cute - running up and down handling all my takeout these days. Hardworking little robot! The room's shampoo/body wash smells wonderful - apparently made with natural plant essential oils. Will definitely come back next opportunity!
Stayed several consecutive days. Excellent front desk service at check-in. Lakeview rooms include afternoon tea delivered by robot. The laundry facilities are very practical. Rooms very clean with nice free gym. Overall a great stay experience.
The hotel ladies are especially cute. The breakfast aunties are very enthusiastic and the food tastes great. The robot service is so convenient! The hotel's free shuttle runs hourly. After going abroad, I feel I won't find hotels this good - will come back here after returning to China.
Very stylish with robot takeout delivery - unlike most hotels where you have to go downstairs yourself. Front desk also offers complimentary coffee. A hotel with real warmth. When traveling, food and accommodation matter most - breakfast is abundant, rooms comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean.
Good service attitude. The robot delivered our takeout - kids were thrilled to see it. Beds are big enough for 2 adults + 2 kids. Has bathtub and massage chair. Will come again.
Had heard about this hotel long ago and finally tried it - excellent experience! When front desk learned we had children, they proactively upgraded us to family room (queen+single bed). Saw the legendary robot and finally experienced robot takeout service - specially ordered lots of takeout. Great experience!
